Broadmead

Broadmead is Bristol's largest shopping centre and is being extended by some 37,000 sq m (400,000 sq ft). The Broadmead Alliance (a consortium of Hammerson, Land Securities and Henderson Global Investors) is developing the centre which is expected to attract major new retailers as anchor tenants and is due to open in 2007.
